1. Returns
- Eligibility: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items.
2. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time frame for receiving the refund depends on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Error: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Steps to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documents. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the provided return address.
6. Exceptions
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
- International Orders: Returns for international orders may be subject to additional terms. Please contact our customer service for more details.
